MissingLink is designed to assist you in managing the many images,
presentations and audio-visual files that may be associated with an event or
conference--no matter how complex (see examples).
Upon upload, you can determine what
part of the agenda they are associated with. You can also assign
keyword tags to aid in searching for digital assets across multiple
events.

To upload files:
- Log in to your MissingLink website.
- Select the event you want to upload to.
- Select "Agenda & Documentation" view.
- Chose an existing session or click "create a new session".
- Click the red plus [+] signs to upload items.
- Use the image upload dialog box to select multiple images to upload, assign tags and a desription.

FILES can be PowerPoint presentations, Word Docs, Excel spreadsheets, PDFs, etc.
VIDEOS can be MPEGs, Quicktime .mov or Flash video. You must first activate an AV package (see pricing) per each event. Learn more >>
IMAGES can
be GIFs or JPEGs. For example, photos of people, flipcharts or
whitewalls. Upon upload, thumbnails and rollovers with file names and
descriptions are generated in the image index.
When images are uploaded, an Image Viewer page is generated attaching the tags, descriptions and allowing viewers to zoom in and out, view fullscreen, print or download.
